<p>The book release is in May but till now (13th of May 2008) it is still not printed, but on O&#8217;Reilly and Safari there is the possibility to read the <a href="http://safari.oreilly.com/9780596529857/preface" target="_blank">rough cut version</a>. To go directly to my receipt look in &#8220;Skinning and Styling&#8221; chapter then &#8220;<a href="http://safari.oreilly.com/9780596529857/use_multiple_themes_in_the_same" target="_blank">Use Multiple Themes in the Same Application</a>&#8220;.</p>
