[Flash] finally Flash Player 10….

Where do I get the Debug version of the player and ensure my SDK is correct for Flash 10? I assume the directions in (http://www.flexer.info/2008/05/21/how-to-build-flash-player-10-applications-using-flex-sdk/) are obsolete now.
